Not satisfied with your retail purchase? To start a return or exchange, simply email us atinfo@airihandmade.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package is damaged during shipping, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll replace it free of charge.

  • Email us to report any damages and begin the replacement process.
  • Be sure to include a photo of the damage, including any damage to the shipping box.
  • Note: Sometimes baskets may require slight reshaping after shipment.
  • If you received the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of receipt for assistance in correcting the order.

Returns & Exchanges Process

To return or exchange items, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Email us atinfo@airihandmade.comto arrange your return or exchange.
  • We’ll guide you through the return shipping process. Securely pack items and label them appropriately before sending them back.

Return Shipping Fees

Please note we do not refund the initial shipping cost, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll send you replacement items of equal value, depending on what’s agreed upon via email. If shipping new items, the shipping cost will be charged to you.

Returns

Upon receiving the returned items in original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: We do not accept returns of damaged or used goods.

Since each of our products is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance are to be expected. We kindly ask you to appreciate the distinctiveness of your purchase before requesting a return or exchange. Small differences in color or pattern are not valid reasons for returns.
